Street Parking Hours & Cost
At the moment, The City of Edmonton will allow you to park right on the street in front of Vetrina all day long. You don't have to move for rush hour. They will even let you park for free for 15 minutes IF you register and free after 5 pm on Sundays. On Sundays (and perhaps Saturdays), you can park for an hour for 75 cents or two hours for $1.75. During the week during the day, you can park for $1.50 for one hour and $3.50 for two. We are not sure of the logic there. I rely on customers to update me if this changes so please do tell me. The HotSpot Parking App
The City has deployed a new App. Why does everything need an App?!?! It's called HotSpot Parking. This zone is 6057 if you do use the app to pay. One nice aspect of using the app is that you can add time as you decide to stay longer and it will warn you before your time runs out. Those $50 tickets are no fun.
You CAN use the App to obtain your 15 minutes of free parking.
Other Ways to Pay for Street Parking
There is a payment station a few steps north that will accept cash and cards. The above is the QR code on that payment station through which you can pay without downloading the HotSpot App.
To get your 15 minutes of free parking, you must register your licence through either the App, this QR code or the physical machine.
Impark across the Street
The large impark lot across the street always seems to have availability but the rates seem to be a little dear! Watch your step and watch for traffic!
